Returns & Exchanges

At Maglite, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
